    Default Judgement

    a case of mine was admitted in a forum and as opposit party did not res[pond to notice was set ex=party. The case came to final stage but a new judge who took over again re opened the case and dismissed my petition as not admissable. Was he right?

    Thumbs up After judgment interest & other fees not released

    Sir,

    This is the case, I was a case with ICICI bank against topup loan processing fees. After the judgement from forum the banker not release my Inerest amount with other expense for the case. Pls. help me
