My only advice is not to buy AIRTEL DISH connection
I have purchased Airtel Dish tv in august by paying Rs 2400 for one full year with the settop box
During the installation Airtel wanted more money for the cable in addition to the total amount charged on the website which includes installation , as i had already paid for it i had to pay additional cost for the wire and get the installation done ( bad service and hidden charges that are misleading and cheating customers)
Now i have a problem with the Dish or the set top box and the My Tv displays ( No signal -- setup box is unable to receive signals )
I have spoken to Customer service in Bangalore three times and every time they take a complaint and never resolve the problem . I have been told the complaint will be resolved with in 24 hrs but it has been 3 weeks since this happened & after complaining 3 times i get the same answer as they will send an Engineer to fix the problem with in 24 hrs ............ yet as of now the problem is not resolved
Every time i call they tell the concern department will take care in 24hrs and i never received call for weeks.
They have created customer complaints for no reason as mentioning

The worst thing is Airtel Dish tv does-not have a Customer service center in Hyderabad or entire Andhrapradesh & we have to call Bangalore (supposedly called southern hub every time a problem arises)
I would appreciate if the concerned team looks in to the issue and fixes it
