Passport Application not recieved at Passport Office Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had submitted my passport application for re-issue of passport at District Passport Collection Center at Dharamshala (Kangra) Himachal Pradesh on 15th October 2010.
Till today i.e. 08th November 2010, my application form has not yet reached the passport office at Shimla.
The file number given to me when i submitted my application form is:
SML-Z823503-10.
You are kindly requested help in this regard.
