This is in reference with my State Bank of India credit card no eNDING WITH 7765. On 05.10.10 morning 03.33 Am, I got SMS from SBI informing blocking of credit card. When I contacted them, they informed about five suspicious transactions of amount Rs.2000 each on 05.10.2010. I told them that those were not my transactions and immediately mailed Dispute Form, as guided by customer care
I wish to lodge an official complaint against this fraud transaction on my above credit card with detailed history given below.
Sir, I would like to request you to kindly investigate in this matter and initiate necessary actions to resolve this case at the earliest.
