    Default Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd - Land Teakquity - Trees 21

    I purchased 21 Teak Trees @ Rs.1,275/- per tree for the total amount of Rs.26,775/- on 02/08/1993 from Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd. A Land Owner's Teakquity Certificat No.L23, promising interim returns of Rs.16,800/- after 6 years, Rs.75,600/- after 12 years and the maturity amount of Rs.13,02,000/- on 01/08/2013 i.e. after 20 yrs.
    A copy of the REGISTERED DEED OF SALE for 5.5 cents of Landin Survey No.247/1 and enmarked as BLOCK No.46 in Parivirisurian Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District and bounded on the NORTH BY : Lands belonging to Ms BIMALADEVI TODI, SOUTH BY: Lands belonging to Mr K S RAVISHANKAR, WEST BY : Lands belonging to Ms SUBHASH SONI EAST BY : Lands belonging to Mr C NATARAJAN, situated within the Sub-Registration District of Panagudi and Registation District of Tirunelveli. No Returns have been paid to me by STM. In May 2008, on the NOTICE CALLING FOR APPROVAL/OBJECTION TO THE SCHEME OF COMPROMISE, received from M/s Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd, I opted for Option 2 (Continuity Option) under a scheme of Arrangement/Compromise between M/s Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd and Unsecured Customer Creditors u/s 391 of the Companies Act, 1956 And In the matter of M/s Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Limited, in the High Court of Judicature at MADRAS C.A. No.555/2008. No further communication has been received. Is any justice available to those, who put in all their savings for a secured future income? Please help.

    Thumbs down Where to approach for the maturity amount

    I have owned 2 teak trees on 06/01/1997 @ Rs.1825/-each and the date of maturity is 05/01/2017.Please inform as to where and whom to approach for my first interim returns which was due on 04/07/2003 and second interim was due on 04/07/2009.

    Same too,I have invested during 1996 for teak trees .Due date is for maturity is 2004 and 2010.

    Please let me know where to approach .Please help.

    Post regarding straling treee magnum india

    I invested Rs.20,000/ in sterling tree magnum India certificate no-D-2340 S.NO.W-37134 Date of purchase-26/4/95.
    after some time period we tried to contact with them but the company didn't replied.
    we sent them letters but no reply was given by the company.
    A common man like me can't afford a loss of Rs20,000/.
    Please do take appropriate action.

    AS I am a holder of your company STERLING TREE MAGNUM. AS YOUR COMPANY HAD POSTED A LETTER NAME "IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT MADRAS" C.A NO. 555/2008. ON BEHALF OF YOUR LETTER I HAD DRAFT A LETTER ON 2/4/2008. BUT TILL NOW I HAVN'T RECEIVED ANY LETTER FROM YOUR SIDE. AS I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH AMOUNT IS THERE FOR WHICH I HAVE INVESTED.     Default stm froud,but lands are highly valuble,company people game for the valuble land,

    dt of joining 26-09-1994,certificate no;D15812=1475x5=7375/-..(2)25-03-1994,certificateno E5813,1275x5=6375...both certificates r purchased my childrens name in their 1st year, now they r completed graduation,but no responce from the company,i question to everyone,the STM GROUP purchased 1000 nds of acers land for plantation in various states,aproximatley 10 thousands of acers above,now the value is very high,so i request the tamilanadu govt and honnable chennai highcourt,pl take a dessisson and soldout the 10 thousand acers,the amout distribute to all investors....K>VARA PRASAD>>>9440118898.
