I have purchased the micormax Q7 mobile on dated 21-08-2010. The problem is in this mobile is automatically switch off. This problem is start from beginning . i have submitted it to your Service centre Name(Price Communication) dated 30-08-2010. On Name of customer Mritunjay Singh. Your serviced centre return this mobile on 02-09-2010 by saying the problem is shorted out. But this problem is still in my mobile. What can i do. I am service person. I am unable to visiting your service centre every day. I have visit your service centre three times from 30-08-2010 to 02-09-2010.

I have no any alternative. I have to take another steps to visit consumer forum.
