Please help as now the AVA Numbers are not reachable I think this was a fraud Company and now the company has been shut.
Please support as not able to understand where to go whom should i approach.

AVA Merchandising - Order Watch Not 11.07.10 till date not received Dear Sir / Madam,
My Self Mr. Anil Vazirani has ordered an Swatch Watch Item Code i117 on 11th July 2010 and they told us that it would get delivered in 21days time. When it passed approx a month and started following up with AVA they told me the Watch has been delivered on 17th July 2010 at your Office Address which was mentioned at time of Placing Order. I checked with Dispatch Room and Checked register the AWB number shared by them as no such packet was delivered on that particular date and till date. When I asked for POD Copy they told we will send the same and now 15days has been completed till date either watch or POD both has been not received.
When I checked on Site, i have seen lots of other peoples has been already cheated by AVA Merchandising.
Some Immediate actions needs to be taken as lots of peoples are getting Cheated.
Also I would request if such messages to be Conveyed to Banks as Leaflets are coming with their Credit / Debit Card Statements.

Watch ordered on 27/28th April '10 not received till date. Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered a watch ( United Colors of Benetton Black Dial) in the month of April'10. They never gave me my Order number then and promised that the watch would get delivered within 21 days.
After 18- 20 days when I called back, after great difficulty I could get hold of a person who would actually talk properly, he gave me my order number ST4365 and asked me to send them a mail stating my problems and promised me that within the next 7 working days my watch shall be delivered.
After 7 days I have been trying to reach them and there is no response. Even yesterday I have tried calling them, but there was no one who could attend my call.
They have already charged my credit card in the month of April.
I would request you to kindly look in to the same and let us have the money back if not the watch.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Not only Self Anil Vazirani has been cheated but one more Person has cheated for same Watch Item Mr. Saket Share and I am also waiting for your revert as I am not finding any way to Contact AVA as now the Phones are also not reachable.

After so many months a few days back i have finally received watch without an Bill, Warranty Card and no Battery and Battery Cover and seems to be not in working condition. I think AVA is company who fools people. Request your kind intervention on high priority.
