I have purchase sony VPCCW26fg 4 months back. I have invested Rs. 58000 for it. It was very huge amount for me. Now my laptop is not getting on and not getting power to it. I have submitted my Laptop in Sony Service center, Santacruz(W) Mumbai. From Last 1 month they couldn't able to repair my laptop till now. I am frustated with this.

What is the way to get a replacement of my laptop. How can I sue the Sony Company to get my laptop replacement. How many days it will take to sue Sony Company for replacement???
