My complain is againt
AVA Merchandising Pvt. Ltd.

We had received card statement for the month of May 2010 in the month of June 2010 along with product offering from AVA Merchanding , with ICICI bank has arrangement and promoting them by sending their broucher along with card statement .

Looking to your bank's tie up or arrangement we understood this company might be genuine one and we had place an order #513631 of Ava merchanding . thereafter they had debit my card no as detailed below and promised me deliver the parcel in maximum 21 days which has been completed on 17 july , but it is very sorry to inform you , it is over 50 days and i am still following them for my parcel , but that fraud company neither refunding the money to me nor sending the parcel .

I request you to help me to recover my money this fraud company and do not send the broucher for promoting their product which never delivered .
