Repected sir/ ma'am,

On 22nd july We bought a Nokia 5230 from The Mobile store( Pradhikaran) pune, maharashtra. I was unable to lock and unlock the handset on 23rd morning. My brother had bought it and as he was out of station, I informed him about the issue on the 25th. He contacted Nokia Care and when we went there, an engineer opened the handset and found that the handset was tampered. There was soldering work done on the lock key and the motherboard also has rust. He blamed us for doing it. We have one year warranty and also we bought an extended warranty. The mobile has been surrendered to the Store long back. He has denied to replace the handset or give us our money back. Please help us.
