Below given is the subject matter of the email that i had sent to I had asked for a revised bill so many times by going to the Vodafone Gallery in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. But they never helped. They always used to register my complaint & used to say that you will get a call from Vodafone Customer Care & they will resolve the issue. But nothing happened. My number was disconnected & now i hav got a legal notice saying that i have to make the payment of Rs. 2038/-. Pls suggest what should i do? Will there be any legal action against me?

Pls be noted that there has been discrepany in my bill since the last two months.(March & April).
In the month of March i had gone for deactivation of my billing services & converting my existing phone number ie 9820545527. I had gone to the Kharghar vodafone gallery & there i was told by the CSR not to deactivate the a/c. At that time i was having Rs.399/- rental (800 mins free) + Rs.35/- sms pack(350 sms free) active on my phone. I was told by the CSR that my rental will be changed & reduced to Rs.299/-(RS. 100/- DISCOUNT) & the FREE mins would be the same ie (800 mins) and the sms pack will be changed to Rs.101/- which has 1000 Sms free.
Even after promising this by the CSR. It was not activated in the month of March. I had not checked my bill in March month so i paid the bill without realising that discrepancy. When i got the bill this month & i checked it i was astonished to see that it was not activated & i was cheated last month also.
Kindly rectify my bill & send me revised bill with the necessary correction of the month of March & April. I will not pay my bill unless this matter is sorted out. Pls look into the matter URGENTLY as i dont want my number to be deactivated.
