I purchased a 5700 model of nokia and within 2 years it got complaint in twist. Last week when i went to nokia care in ernakulam (near saritha theatre) they rejected to repair the fon by saying that they don hav options to repair that model there and have to send to nokia care delhi and that guy gave me an estimate of rs. 8000/- for repair with a free advise tht d new model costs only 10k and its a better option!!! From the lot many brands in market i went for nokia only coz f d trust in quality of products and better resale value. Even i cant sell the fone due to this compaint. Please provide a solution for this.
