Hello,
We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of ICICI Bank, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document like settlement letter and ask them for the proper solution so that you will not face such problem in future.
Wait for their response and revert us back.
