I am using BSNL Broadband Internet connection from 2 years. I have already done several complain regarding my low connectivity and low downloaded speed to BSNL dot shop, Area Manager, General Manager, Principal General Manager, Nodal Officer, Even write to Chairman service but I still not get any reply or solve my complain. I filed a complaint again and again BSNL customer care regarding the same. I am very puzzled that no action has been taken by BSNL
I want to register a case against my service provider(BSNL), please tell me what to do.
