Compalain againt TATA Photon for wrong charging HI,
I am one of the subscriber of TATA photon using number- 9211093450. I was not able to use internet facility and trying to get solution from TATA's customer care team and technical staff. I was facing below mentioned complaints:
1. I did my number recharged on 09/07/2010 at 10:30 AM, but I was not
able to use internet services after that. On the same day in the
evening i got a SMS from TATA that my balance is over. As after the
recharge I was not able to connect to the internet and I registered my
complaint-PTC0724595279 on TATA's toll free number-1800266121, right
after 30 minutes of recharge.
2. Initially my complaint- PTC0724595279 was closed without any solution or
intimation to me, because TATA's team tried to contact me and my number
was busy for 20 minutes. Then I registered another complain
PTC0724647245, which is again closed by TATA's CC team without any
solution or intimation to me.
3. Due to my emergency I did another recharge of Rs.200 at 20:00 PM on
10/07/10. But after this recharge again I was not able to use internet
Services and getting SMS that my balance is over.
4. I have given this complain-NTTO079850327 to TATA's customer care and they were replying that its a network issue and will get resolved.
5. Then I contact TATA's Nodal officer Mr. Ravindra @ his delhi no.011-66558101. But I didn't get any proper response from his end to. I have got many calls from your customer care executives with different different response and explanations, but not a single one is able to resolve my complain.
Finally on 11-July-2010 I have got one call that my balace is not available. Then I recharge again and my then after I was able to use my services. When I ask Tata's executive about my last two recharges of RS. 200 each, they are saying that I have utilized that even they send me one mail in which it is showing that I was using my services on 09-July-10 and 10-July-10. When I am complain that during this period I was unable to use their services due to said issue. No one is responsing properly.
Please help me in this regards
