    Default Judgment in Manohar Acharya Vs Yashaswini and ALike Co-op Society. OPs jointly liable

    Manohar Acharya had fracture of hand fingers. City Hospital Mangalore charged him 31,639/=. Yashaswini paid a paltry sum of Rs.3500/- only. Manohar fought a legal battle against Yashaswini and Society duo and won the case with interest and litigation expenses.
