    Worst Product Eureka Forbes RO Water Purifier WORST customer care particularly NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

    A sales executive showed me a RO of Eureka Forbes, at the time of booking he told me that I will not face any type of service issue, so as par their words I brought the RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes. But the unit which is installed in my house is old because it stops working after 2 days. The called many times to the customer care of Eureka Forbes, Dwarka but they are so irresponsible and careless towards their customer care and after sale service. Like if you called them 2-3 times regarding the complaint then they stop picking up your phone, if you call them from the previous number. I suggest every member of the consumer court that never ever buy a Eureka Forbes products, if you want to live peacefully

    I have pROtect+, We purchased a Water purifier 03-July-2010. The water purifier is not working since 9th July. The complain number we got is 58712252. Since then we are calling customer service everyday and everyday customer support say they will send the service person on the same day. But today is 16th July and till today nobody has come. This is the poorest service we have ever seen. Now we are feeling that we made a mistake by purchasing your product.
    I call on 9-july-10 morning for service because my water purifier stopped working completely but no one has come for service so whats is the use of pROtect+.When I call to You for your product your guys come home immediately to get money, but never bothered to attend the service call. Yesterday 12-july-10 I called 5 times and your customer support people promised me that someone will attend 100% but I waited till 9pm no on turned and I again called but it was going to voice mail saying you work only from 8am to 8pm. I don’t understand why you are giving false promises.

    I never seen such WORST WORST customer care , since these people are getting paid regularly they dont care about there work , they should realise that they are responsible for customers product and responsible to answer customers. THis guy said he has no responsibility to call customer and update the status of the product. Just imagine a guy cooly telling this to a customer straight forward.

    Is this the way to treat a customer like this ? I am sure you are spoiling your reputation and I feel bad for having taken pROtect+. I would certainly escalate this issue to very high authority.

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of EUREKA FORBES, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the proper solution within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hope this may solve your problem.

    I RAM HARISHKUMAR MALANI DID NOT RECEIVED ANY KIND OF SERVICE FROM YOUR SRERVICE CENTRE AT AMRAVATI(MAHARASHTRA).I HAVE LODGE THE COMPLAINT TO YOUR SERVICE CENTRE ,TRIMURTHI ENTERPRISES,18,TRIMURTY COLONY,SWASTIK NAGAR ,BADNERA ROAD ,AMRAVATI VIA TELEPHONIC CONTACT ON NO.2512132 APPOX. 8-10 DAYS BEFORE FROM THE CURRENT DATE.EVERY TIME WHEN I REMIND THE SERVICE CENTRE ABOUT MY COMPLAINT THEY ASSURED ME THAT OUR SERVICE PERSON WILL DEFINITELY COME TO YOUR HOUSE .TILL DATE NOBODY HAS CAME FROM YOUE SERVICE CENTRE FOR REPAIRING .HAVING THIS TYPE OF SERVICE HOW COULD I TRUST ON YOUR COMPANY.THIS WILL CREATE VERY NEGATIVE IMPACT ON COMPANIES TRUST IN MARKET.     Hi , I am monica agarwal my mobile no is 8019977343 from hyd..i m hhaving Ro enhance modle
    .Purchased 1year back . At the time if dealing they are promising to give free service fir 1 year .but at the of calling they do
    Not reply at all .After a long struggle they given us two service.saale pure cheater hai .when the time of service they said
    me that mam ur one year is completed u change the candles it is in offer .okk ehat are the charges Ireply .mam it is 4000Rs
    n 3service free. I was shocked .4250 Rs for 1year maintenance .But at the time of purchasing thy said it will cost only 1600for
    2years. See who thy are fooling us. Iwill not tolrete this non sense n will complaint in court. We are not fools n people r not also
    Stop fooling us take back ur product we dont want. Spending 4250Rs per year is nonsense. Beside that we can purchased nw one
    Solve my problem otherwise ........ facebook is much enough.

    Default Very poor service..Disgusting experience having Eureka RO enhance green

    I bought RO enhance green somewhere around April-May 2012. Post the payment right from getting it re-installed at a new address to its free service I have been struggling getting through their customer care.

    The day I shifted to my new residence I had to call thousand times to their central customer care which is in mumbai who raised the request no. for reinstallation & the day it was suppose to be reinstalled no one turned up so then mumbai customer care gave us a local Delhi no. for the customer care support which was inturn pathetic. The local customer care people speak to you so casually as if they give a damn. No commitment, no credibility & no accountability.

    Its almost an year & no one has turned up for free service. Customer care nos & email ids available are just an eye wash as no one ever respond to you responsibly. I have already cautioned my acquaintances not to go for Eureka due to their poor service & after sales response.

    I highly regret being an Eureka customer
