no receive of policy I have purchased VCARE mediclaim insurance policy whose policy number is 604500/46/08/8500000202. This policy had expired on 31/12/2009. I have send renewal for this policy on 7/12/2009. amount of this renewal policy had been deducted from my Vijaya bank credit card,saharanpur,u.p. account. But till now i havn't received the renewal of policy and health card for my family.
Please look towards my matter and send my policy as soon as possible.
