I have taken a connection of tata walky (num: 9238150001/02/03/04/05/06/08/09) opted for rental plan of Rs.149. But the marketing employee of Rourkela, Orissa Branch(Mr.Sujit) has cheated and activated the plan of Rs.249 per month. After complaining hell lot of times to customer care, no action has been taken yet and till now I have to pay the bill as per Rs.249/month for every number and also Mr.sujit mobile number is permanently switched off also the customer care employee is denying to accept this.
I have the perfect proof of Bill or Contract which I signed at the time to activation of those numbers in which it is clearly mentioned that I have opted for Rental-Rs.149 plan.
Please let me how to take this forward.

I have taken a connection of tata walky having the number 0172-6531750 and from the beginning there is a problem in listening the voice to other party , they are not getting my proper voice so this subscriber is totally useless for me. i have submitted complaints many times to customer care. they always says that your problem will be solved within two days but noting yet solved .
please do something regarding this matter .

MTS marketing executive outside our office asked me to take MTS Blaze offer.
I asked him about offers. I decided to take MTS Blaze 444 3GB limit.
For my budget limit I asked him what will be the maximum bill amount.
He replied maximum it will come 500 Rs.
Also I did not just verbally confirmed , I specifically wrote :
"Signing for max 500 Rs credit limit"
Now MTS is continuously sending messages 0f 1047 Rs .
MTS has not send any physical bill .
When I asked why my credit limit has been changed , they are replying we have revised.
So my concern is how they can change credit limits , when money is mine , my budget I will decide .
How much apple I want , how much cloth I want , how much other service I want.
Only I am having all rights for taking decision about what I want to buy , How much I want to buy.
Neither the constitution , Nor supreme court , nor parliament , no private organization can decide or revise what customer will buy.

The worst ever CS in the entire World. The speed is good compared to other operators. But, what is the use if the CS is so horrible. I suffered the whole month, everyday it was getting disconnected, wen I call and ask about this they tell that I GAVE A REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE. That was a bull shit reply as I was very happy with the activation. This happened everyday, Once it is deactivated they will activate it again and the next day again it got deactivated, contacting customer care I got the same reply, I GAVE A REQUEST TO DEACTIVATE.It was so frustrating that everyday when i tried to login, I see it is deactivated. The same thing happened to my friend who bought the connection with me.
The other problem I faced was regarding the bill. Do you think any one will be wanting to pay the bill without seeing it. Thats what happened to me. They did not send me any bill nor any message nor calls regarding the bills, and one fine day they deactivated my account. I asked them they told that you have not paid the bill. Don't you feel it is bull shit, paying a bill without viewing it.
The other problem was. I recommended my cousin to take the connection as the speed was good. He also bought the data card and submitted all the documents required and they told him that they give a call to confirm the activation. My cousin waited for the 1st week no calls or activation, 2nd week no calls or activation, 3rd week no calls or activation. My cousin was so much fed up that he do not want that connection. The in the 4th week they are calling and telling that your connection is activated. He clearly stated them that he do not need the connection. If the first impression is like this how will be the rest of the impressions. He rejected the connection. Is it not a shame for the MTS developers to see that your Customer Service is so bad. And you would wish me to pay the bill. Is it, how can u have face to ask me to pay the bill because I suffered for one full month shouting at them and activating. My mobile bill went up last month calling you guys. Who will pay for that.
I think you should be sued for this. Same thing had happened with Uninor, and they have now forced to stop their services in south India. Whats the reply you are going to provide for this. I want a valid reason for all the complaints I mentioned.
