Sir,Myself Vikash Anand worked in LIC of India at the position of FSE during the time period of DEC, 2008-MAR, 2010 at FORBESGANJ & ARARIA, branch BHAGALPUR division in BIHAR state.My Code No for this post is ……………….,and now I am not in the service in LIC, because of at that branch I was facing so many problems as like the higher officials are treating very badly with the employees. And this problem is not with me only; it is with so many employees who are working at the post of FSE. So that so many FSE employees have taken transfer or given resignation to the LIC.Also I want to mention that ,during year MAR 2009 when they had given the option to choose the branch for joining this post, I requested for that as per the option was given, but they had not taken that request also .Because of all this incidents happens, so after that I have given one letter also to the MARKETING MANAGER of BHAGALPUR DIVISION (MR. PARTHO CHATTARJI) for make the transfer as according to my choice. But even this also no action has taken by DUPTY MANAGER, Banka channel (MR RAKESH KUMAR).So because of this anger only, they were not giving the salary at proper time. They have given the instalment in 3-4 month intervals. Also they have not given TA & DA from month Dec 2008.And after 2 Instalment means after JULY 2009, I didn’t got even a single rupee also. And without salary I worked for this organisation for continuous 10 months. But that higher official has not taken care about these, even after telling him so many times.And they all have misbehaved with me, so that I stopped working for this organisation after MAR 2010.So, sir please take some strict action regarding my problem, and give the permission to make the payment to me for previous 10 months. I will we grateful to you for this kindness. Your sincerely VIKASH ANAND
