JustDial.com has Taken Money & not given service. Refusing to refund my money. Myself dr.Aamarpali Ratna puri. justdial.com contacted me through phone by their sales person Ms.Ruma. they said so many good things about their services and said they have many students of graduate and post graduate students of chemistry who are searching for tutors badly and insisted me to book 50 calls with them. On 26th December 08 I went to their office central Plaza4th floor, sarat bose road, kol -20. Their I gave rupees 2809 to justdial.com and booked fifty calls. they gave me in writing that they will give me 3 calls per day. Today is 22th Sep 09 but till date they have not given two reference or call to me. Neither they are refunding my money
I have contacted them number of times and now they are saying that they were not having any calls for chemistry coaching. They are sayin g thet they will not refund my money back.
They say that they will keep money with them and if any call comes they will give . My question is If they were not having any calls for chemistry coaching then why they taken money from me I wanted students in the mon th of january 09. I have taken office on rent since december after getting writtten conformation from this company. This comapny has wasted my time, money and gave harrasment too.
I have all the documents with me.
i want that this company should be immediately taken to task.consumer forum should tell me how can I get my money back from this company.
Consumer forum should take strict action against this company.

Paid Just dial on 27 Sep2011 but NO Phone Call & Listing and Even Not replying Calls? I am Doctor by profession from Model Town, Jalandhar Punjab. It really strange and ODD for the company like JUST DIAL to make befool of the people around by calling and convincing and telling about their benefits and they will send me the links BUT More than 1 month has passed and I had contacted their Collection Boy Mr. Pankaj n number of times and everytime he says that he will ask the Chandigarh manager Ms. Rupali to call me back but I had never got a call..
I am in to a fix as after paying 6,618/-rupees I have not got a single cal and No upgradation from the Just Dial people.
I am now totally frustrated by the delay and I want my money back as I already have my FREE listing on the justdial and there is not even a single reply from last 3 years. Now they are saying they will have Amitabh advertisement on TV which will make the customer pour in and have great impact on all the listings on Just Dial..??
It all their dreams and the customer is in a fix by paying them the amount..?
They always call from numbers that do not have incoming facility so that they call but not receive calls on their number..??
They do not even have single number on the invoice they have printed so that customers can not contact them back..?
I just by chance took the number of collection boy Mr. Pankaj (when he came to me for collecting money in just 15 minutes after telephonic call) but still it is in WASTE..???as he assures but is able to do NOTHING at all..??
I SIMPLY DO NOT WANT THIS SERVICE of JUST DIAL and WANT my MONEY REFUNDED..
I am going to actually go to the consumer court in local Jalandhar Punjab by 1st November and take the refund and the compensation for the fraud..and delay...
Hope this site can help me get refund...
