I has purchased 10 (Ten) tree on 29-5-1995 bearing Application No. K 437700 & Certificate No. F9401 with maturity on 28-58-2015. It's disappointing & disheartening that the organisation after collecting the money have not bothered to keep "owners" informed of anything and just vanished into thin air. Is there possibility of getting any returns on the invest? Any person to help me out as the promised maturity is nearing. Should all the owners assume that this organisation is a 'fly by night' operater and have the investors for a ride!

I would like know the status and what is the court order for the investments made in Sterling Tree Magnum (India) Ltd. for purchase of 27 teak trees in 1995. We would like to have their present address so that we can visit them to know the status.

i had purchased 11 units of the treemagnum in 1993 ( Cert. L 1637 ) and have no informtion from the company till date.
