I have taken one investment plan policy from Aegon religare of 5000 per month on 27/03/2012. At the filling time i submitted my wrong D.O.B but by next hour when i realized than i mailed to every one that this is my mistake so correct it. I submitted my all document online. They agreed but when i received my hard copy it was again wrong data there on 4/4/2012. I again cried and scolded hardly them for their irresponsible behavior. They again agreed for their mistake and asked me to submit hard copy to near by their office. But i told this is not my fault. This is your responsibility to collect it and correct it. Than its keep on delaying and one day their person come and collect from my document. On 7/5/2012 i got a mail that they have received my hard-copy and they will proceed further. Again it was keep delaying, i mailed them and called to customer care but i didnt get any response much. Right now i have deposited only 10000 only and they are not responding so how will i trust when my money will be more after 3-4 years. After 70 days, i dont have any hard-copy or its soft-copy of my corrected document.Where is my money i dont know. So on 6/6/2012 i decided to cancel my policy because i dont have trust on this company. But now they are not responsing and telling me that i can not cancel your policy because according to our company policy you have to submit cancellation letter within 15 days after receiving hard copy. I am asking i am here to invest my money. I dont want to take risk of my money. You are not responding so how can i continue my policy? I really dont have trust on this company and i dont want to invest. But they are telling me that if you will step back than you have to lose your 10000, we can not refund you. I am telling you that 15 days is count only when i will get the original and corrected hard copy.
Please sir advice me what to do? I have all its email proof and i dont want to continue because i dont have trust. How will i get my money back?
