Cheque Bounce
I have invested in sai day star (sdsgruop) amount-10000/ on 20th jan 10. I could cleared only one cheque of Rs 5000/and there after cheques were stop payment. i did some planning to considering investments, all gone in vain. any one plz tell me when i can get my money back and what to do to claim it. if money is being disbursed by EOW(Mumbai) then what is thr procedure to get money back.

City limouzines have duped me of 2.5 lac rupees ,i have the city realcom and city limouzines agreements and all checks with except two checks which were reallised,can you help me with the matter?

thanks to all for sharing the information and specially to those who all initiated meetings and form a group.

i was away from last few months , Can you please let me know what is happening now a days ,

i heard that company will form a list for all the delhi investors and calculate the acutal principal amount to retrun.

i am not sure when they will start doing this . I hope this case should resolve very soon. and all of us should get our hard earned money back.

Kindly intimate any one is there any possibility of refund the invest money in city realcom. I have already lodged a complaint in EOW delhi vide Complaint No. D-2763 dated 09 Mar 10. What is the latest news on the subject.
