I had invested Rs.2.52 lacs in the Combo Plan,my cheque got debited on 27th july 2009 and since time onwards I have not received any cheque,when i inquired around 3rd August the officials communicated that there is an Audit going on and I will start receiving the cheques from 5th September only.
I came to know about the whole situation only when I visited delhi to find out the status of my investment.

I am really very tensed and not at all sure as to whether i will get my amount back or not...The so called officials who were claiming that they are from Bombay assured every one present that there is an hearing in the high court on 15th of this month and all the amount will be refunded to the investors...

However while watching CNBC Awaaz last night I again got to know that the Bombay office is also closed and people are in a jeopardy as what to do next,

please update on the current status if anybody is aware as to what happened in the
meeting which was scheduled on 20th.

Dear Friends,

Already in past 2 to 3 years we have heard lot of stories on this matter. The company offers high return on your investments done.
And these people gets lots of deposits for the same.
NOw the company have issued preference shares for security for the deposits, can we claim the same, or we can take any action on the same. Simply lodging a police complaint doesnt matter, we have to stop Masood from going abroad once if he succeesful in going abroad then I think it will be much difficult to get our amount.
If you know any high level authorities who can stop masood from going abroad it will be helpful. Even we can ask the court for the security on the invest made.

I am too a member in City Limouzine. I had joined in 2006 & never faced any problems of payments, but my Aug 09 cheque is returned. I am worried about payment. In the companys' website only the name of the venue is mentioned not the complete address, I think these all things prove that there is some malicious intentins of the management.

Some Delhi investor in earlier threads who claims to be an advocate in Supreme Court claims that City has become bankrupt & contradicting to it the website shows that all money is safe, investors need not worry !!!

Few companies who were also doing the same business couple of years back had to shut their business because of political pressure & Police. Investors had lost money & till date Police is not answering to any questions.

I think instead of tracing these people & worrying about money we should file complaint of our Cars as robbed in Police Station as the Cars are in our name.

i have invested nearly 10 lakh in the schemes too...i think its best if we wait till the public meeting to be held at mumbai on oct 15th,they'll probably compromise with fewer returns or even better to return the investments (i honestly wish they'd do the latter)

i dnt think the compromise meeting will happen as they hve nt yet sent any mailers to nyone...furhter ahead the place of the meeting is toooooo small to accomodate the investors..i hve also invest lots of money in the scheme and i m also worried for my money...if the directors are innocent then plz ask them to cme in front of the investors and let us knw the true scene...if nyone has ny information do mail to me on vishshshah@rediffmail.com
