Dear Sir/Madam,
Pls help me to get back my money from Reliance Life Insurance company limited.
They have cheated me and denying to return back the hard-earned money.

Here is the summary of events on application of Policy - Money Multiplier Plan of Reliance Life Insurance Company :-

<1> I received call from customer sales team who informed me about the money multiplier plan ,that will give returns of Rs. 1.27 lakhs on investment of Rs. 30000 p.a. for 3 years which i found to be interesting and agreed to meet the Advisor for further details.

<2> On 10th August 2011 , Advisor - Mr.Shiv ( contact no- 9967121890/9870920208 ) visited my residence and explained the policy benefits that will
Give returns of 1.27 Lakhs if invested Rs.30,000/- annually for above mentioned plan for 3 years.Hence agreed to apply for the policy and provided him my details and documents required to get the form filled.

<3> On providing him the ICICI Cheque No- 046078 dated 10/8/2011 for Rs.30,000/- in favour of Reliance life insurance company Ltd and as guided by agent-Mr.Shiv I signed the application form duly.He confirmed he will fill up the other details by himself.

<4>Requested him to provide us some acknowledgement receipt of cheque or any proof ,He denied saying there is no such procedure and we will receive the policy documents in 7-8-working days.
While later when checked with customer care they reverted that an acknowledge ment receipt number should have been provided by the advisior which was not done.

<5>Received the Policy documents at the end of the month and went through the policy details. Found that my details Like Profession and Mobile number were noted "WRONG". Also it was clear from Policy documents that the returns claim made by Mr.Shiv and the earlier calls were False and we wanted to return the document within the stipulated period to the company to get back the amount and was informed to Mr.Shiv.

<6>Mr.Shiv along with his colleague came to my Residence and re-confirmed about the returns after 3 Years.Also Mr.Shiv told he will get the corrections (My Profession and Mobile number ) done and modify the policy to short term (i.e.- 3 Years). He took the policy documents which were given in good faith.

<7>When Policy documents were not received for 20-25 days enquired Mr. Shiv on his mobile and were told that due to Navratri Festival and other public holidays the processing has got delayed. Later the calls made were un-answered.

<8> Hence my Father- Mr.Narendra Rode visited the nearest Borivali (W) branch and orally complained . and furnished the policy details and the situation faced.We were told that the advisor- Mr.Shiv will contact us and will hand-over the policy documents shortly.Nothing happened so my father again visited your Borivali office on 28th October 2011 and explained the no progress situation.Mr. Naresh of Borivali office spoke on phone to Mr.Virendra(9820196443) sales manager in whose team Mr. Shiv works. My father was given Mr. Virendra’s mobile number by Mr. Naresh and asked to speak with him.My father spoke to Mr.Virendra gave him the policy details.He assured my father he will speak to Mr.Shiv and take corrective action but even after 24 and 48 hours also it was found on enquiry on his phone that he had not contacted Mr. Shiv.Now Mr. Virendra sales manager in whose team Mr. Shiv works is also not answering on his phone.

I requested them in case the returns in the policy after 3 Years are not Rs.1.27 Lakhs,I would like to cancel the Policy and the amount to be returned. But the company denied and no attention given on the complaint made.
