DEAR HDFC MANAGER,


1. I am fwd this complaint for firstly a suitable legal action against the agent Mr Anshul (tele no 09855715400) and and secondly reimbursing my complete Principle amount alongwith intt of my HDFC Life policy no.11870567, in pursuance of a no of tele complaints regarding fraudulent and inappropriate/cheating the customer policy adopted by the HDFC agent Mr Anshul who did my HDFC policy on 14 May 2008 in a fraudulent and inappropriate manner by hiding facts and assuring min 9% int growth to my contributions ( so far contributed as 65,000 by me) in policy no 11870567 (see att as statement). But now when I see my fund value it is told to me as 56000/- only against my principle amount of 65,000/-.


2. I Wish to ask as to why those tall claims were made to me by Mr Anshul at the time of doing my policy by hiding the facts that he invested my money in an insecure plan where I would be at loss finally. Had he told me at that time, I would have never invested my 65,000/ in this plan in which he himself has enjoyed a good commission by putting me at loss in which I am not even getting my Principle amount back what to talk of giving benefit/yearly intt or recurring intt as promised.


3. In view of the above the following is requested:-


(a) Suitable action against the Agent Mr Anshul alongwith cancellation of his agent code to ensure that he does not cheat more customers as well as does not bring bad name to your esteemed company/organisation i.e.HDFC Life.


(b) Reimburse my complete Principle amount alongwith suitable intt for that period i.e. Rs 65,000 plus intt) as I wish to close my policy as a aggrieved customer which I may reconsider if I am given justice as above.
