a person telling himself employee of maa laxmi finance told us that his company will give us a loan of rupees 15lakh at an yearly rate of 4%?
he told us that we have to pay 6% of loan amount at strating and took 75000 from us than he told that for loan we have to bring sign of D.D.C. the loan was to be granted in the name of my mother who is a teacher in government school. D.D.C is not signing in the loan form as its a private company and now when we are asking our money back he is telling its not the company policy to return the money back. what shall we do? plzzzz help???
