This is more of a feedback to Karvy on their Customer Service and to other customers who might want to visit the branch.

Text of email sent to Karvy is as follows:

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice the pathetic customer service at your Koramangala, Bangalore Branch.

I walked in to the branch yesterday to make an investment in IFCI Infra Bonds. At the reception, I asked for a IFCI form. The receptionist told me that the concerned person who handles IFCI Bonds is on leave and as such I had to come to the office the next day.

I then asked for the Branch Manager. I was surprised that the Branch Manager was happily resting on his couch and watching television in office. I
told him that it is surprising that if one person is on leave, than the entire office comes to a stand-still. He said he will check out if he can locate the
forms. And you would be surprised that he could not locate the forms and he told me to come the next day.

The service level at the Karvy office is worse than a government office, if the customer is turned back because they cannot locate a form.

God sake Karvy. Do you think a customer will ever walk back to you when there are so many choices.
