My name is ramakrishnan from tamilnadu.

This is the complaint about one Trading company in Coimbatore. The company name is procon. This company is cheating number of customers.

Initially the procon company marketing agents came and explain about the trading. They agree me if I invest amount in mcx trading they will give returns 10% of profit amount every month without any loss. I don’t know how to trade. Even though I invest 4.4 lakh rupees. They trading daily in my account and send me the reports next day of every. That report mostly shows loss only not any profit. If I ask about loss they told me “don’t worry about loss, we will recover your loss amount, wait some days”. But after two months they lost 2.65 lakhs. So that I close my account next month. If I ask my amount , they simply told your amount were lost , we can’t give and also they told you can take any legal action we will face.

How I can refund my amount.
