Dear Sir, I am existing customer of kotak life insurance but recently a new policy has been issued against my name without telling me. this new policy no. is 02343272. I have logged complaint on kotak's website also but i am not getting any response. there is a lady named monica who says she is kotak employee, her phone no. is 9999798768 gave me all wrong information regarding bonus pending against my old policy (running since last one year in kotak) & a guy named amit (phone no. 9717549104) who told me that you will have to deposit security deposit of rs. 4500 for the bonus to be paid against your kotak policy. Then suddenly few bond papers reached my home. I was completely unaware of new policy issue against my name. Kindly help me out. I have been following up but not getting response from any one in kotak. Even none of them (monica or amit) is responding to me & i got intimation that there is actually no bonus to be paid to me. kindly help me out as soon as possible. -- Regards,Navneet Arya | 9718159639
