This cheater company has swallowed our more than 30,000/- that too 1996....like there would be thousands of other invetors...why Government of India....takes stringent steps to stop such companies in to existence...and arrest its Chairman/MD/Directors and sieze thir property...:D

I invested Rs. 135000/- in 1995-96 for 1.0 acre of land at Sahanpur - Mango Project under customer code number NDB60179 dated 03/12/1995 and for subsequent saplings and mango trees on the said land. I was supposed to receive back the returns after a period of 4 years and follow at yearly interval basis thereafter.

I havent heard anything from this fraudulent company so far. I tried to contact at various locations but all in vain although i am in possession of an agreement copy drawn by me with MaxWorth Orchids (India Ltd) having its registered office at Karumattu Center, 7th Floor, 498 AnnaSalai, Nandanam Chennai 600035 and its regional office at 307 Vishal Chambers, P-1 Sector 18 Noida 201301 and branch office at B-87 Second Floor, Flat No S1/S5 Defence Colony New Delhi 110024.

It is a shame to see companies like Maxworth Orchards not being punished. The director and his cronies are living life -the king size. They fled Chennai and if I am not wrong they are in Bangalore/Hyd, etc. I am unsure if blood runs in their veins. They have cheated several thousand people. Why punish petty thieves who steal for a living when there are people like these who deserve to be thrashed and spat at in public? Maxworth (selling land/orchards) is plain, cheap fraud- PERIOD. I would have hanged myself had I been the director/VP or one of the employees who did this. I invested in this company too! If you want to come up in life, work hard. DONT STEAL. I wonder if these people know what living on someone else's money is equated to???? I also heard that people approaching the companies for refunds are threatened by rowdy elements. Good way of doing business! I would not call it business. It is too big a term for these cheats. Wonder if humans can stoop any lower?

I wish to know if the agricultural land is registered in my name or has the company, committed fraud here too by registering same property to several people. My land is in Chennai and I bought it in 1995. I have a need now and wish to sell that land. How can I verify he authenticity of the documents? Please let me know

I had invested in three plots of one acre each with Maxworth orchards India Ltd, Chennai. While for two plots I had received registration documents, one plot I got only the receipt for the amount paid.All the amounts were paid from my NRE account. Currently I have settled down in Bangalore. All my past efforts to contact this company was in vain. Could someone help me? I am a senior citizen and I had invested in these plots thinking about my retirement. Now everything is vanished.The company has taken all my money and disappeared. Pls help if you can. Thanks.

Hello all Maxworth Orchards investors

It is indeed sad that people's hard earned money disappears into the hands of such thieves. A senior management guy in this company lives in Chennai now. He fled to Bangalore a few years ago lying to all his friends and relatives complaining that he did not like Chennai. He is nothing but a THIEF. He bought a house in Koramangala and has tonnes of black money. he keeps shifting because such mean creatures dont have the courage to stay in one place for a long time. now that he is old, he is briniging out all the stolen money from Maxworth investors. May he rot in hell.

I had also invested in Maxworth Pujariguda and Annasamudaram projects and Maxworth Premium Series I, having Customer Code BBY01802 and BBY02750 and I have all the relevant documents, plan agreeement, circulars since 1995. I had heard the matter is in Madras Court since 2001. This is India and the NYAYA to get the investors from court takes so much time. Since the owners of Maxworth and Sterling Holiday Resorts (who are the original group) being rich owners, court is taking slow and sleeping actions. Can any one In India, help the investors to get their money (at least not profits but the principal amount?) with interest and promised amount for all these years.

I have contacted company many times for handing over the possiession but didnt receive any communication from the company. Karumuthu Centre , 7 th Floor , 498, Anna Salai , Nandanam , Madras ( now Chennai ) 600 035.during 1995.
a. Mudukkur Ph II - Mango : 0.25 acs. Amount paid Rs.32000. Plot no. C 103.
The plot is in Mudukkur , Sriperumpudur Taluk at Trivallur dt. The Agrrement has been filed at Sub Treasury , Egmore , Nungambakkam , Chennai on 1st Sep 1995.
b.Jallipatti - Mango : 0.25 acs. Amount paid : Rs. 32120.
Plot is in Jallipatti , Udumalapet Taluk, Coimbatore Dt. The Agreement has been filed at Sub Treasury .Egmore , Nungambakkam , Chennai on 16 th Oct 1995.
I have not received any payment from M/S Max worth Orchards till date.
I request the help of Consumer court to get back my Investment.
