Non-handling money in my account Dear Sir,
I opened an E-old Account with ANAND RATHI COMMODITIES LTD. on Nov-2010 and i deposited amount of Rs.60,000 till today. Now when I applied for closing my account, they showed only the same amount in my ledger without any gain or loss.
Officers of Anand Rathi are saying that they didn't operated my account as I didn't instructed them to do so. But as they are Fund Manager of customer's account, so they should guide me to operate my account or ask me for the same. But they didn't call me a single time. Till now my account is silent.
Please guide me, how can I gain my loss by not earning anything with them..
They are giving me only Rs.60,000 which is same as I submitted at the time of opening my account.
