Hi,
I am a user of way2wealth trading account.
At first I wanted to close the account since I am not a frequent trader, so I mailed them asking the procedure for doing so, but unfortunately I received no response till date(I mailed them on 9th June 2011).
Then considering that I am still charged for my account so I called them on their toll free number 18004253690 asking the way through which I can trade in derivatives. The call center representative from Bangalore treated me well and told me the procedure but unfortunately it was some other issue so she gave me another number where I can get technical assistance from IT department in Mumbai.
I called on that number but they didn't responded in a nice manner and disconnected my phone.
This is highly disappointing as I like Cafe coffee Day and thats one of the reason I opened account with way to wealth(CCD venture).
Now I do not want to continue my account with them.
