i am a house wife and have small family, by the possession of my friend i invested Rs 130000(one lakh thirty thousand) in city limouzine india ltd company and the company claims Rs 8800(Eight thousand eight hundred) , and now i am feeling insecure that whether my money is in saffe hands or not, i found the only gateway of your site to get justice, pls look into the matter and give me the details of the company and also by this you can help people to get them warned by this type of companies, i am having faithin my countrys judical and consumer court department that they can solve this, so pls look into the matter and maintain your faith forever in the indian citizens heart.........

Dear Sir/ Ma’am

I have invested Rs. 1,37,000 in citi realcom My file no. is 5925 and I have not receive my cheques yet 7th is the due date, initially they have issued 12 Pdcs for one year And after that they issued 3 Pdcs. When I spook customer care dispatch department in citi realcome they said cheques has been dispatched on 21st, i said but i have not receive the cheques as of today 4th July 2009, they said we don’t know you have to visit personally and talk to the concern person, (she kept the phone down) when i dialed board line and asked for the customer care head, she said Mr. Shantos hasn't come yet i will ask him to give you a call after i spooked with some buddy on 40690000 no buddy are ready to talk, and most of the telephone nos shown on your citi realcom web site are out of service even toll free no too and enquiry form also not working. Over all entire customer care system is very poor.

I am very much confused and don’t know what to do whom to talk in this regards, please help.

I request you kindself please help me and many others person who have invested and have not receive their profit cheques.

I have Invested in this Citi Limozine. The are now going on changing the Scheame every day...sounds fishy an strange...also they have told us to not deposite any checks uptill 4 sep 2009. Please guide me with any of the Information you have.

Now they are telling me that I don't have 2 warry but to depozite my cheques after 5th September, as there is govt. audite is going on in company.
same information i have also received. Being an Advocate I will wait up to 05 sep 2009.Than i will bring case against Company if checques is not honoured. wait and watch, otherwise you have full liberty to bring the case under section 138 of Negotiable instrument act in any criminal court.

We the entire INDIAN INVESTING populace have once again been taken for a joy ride, at the hefty cost of our hard earned life savings !

CITY LIMOUZINE is nothing but another PONZI SCHEME which will fail, 100%.
There is no way a company can pay such handsome returns month after month, year after year, unless it is a scam, which pays older investors with the fresh money from new investors.
It is time for the authorities including the RBI, MOF, and enforcement agencies like the Police to investigate the matter, and demand responsibility of the promoters, Mr. Masood & company.

The Government seems to be dragging their feet.... but if in the end, City Limouzine defrauds the public, they will be quick to wash their hands..... What's the reason ???

Investing public should unite and gherao the owners and management of CITY LIMOUZINE until they get a satisfactory answer in writing.
If they are claiming that they are being audited by the Tax Authorities on request of the Supreme Court , this should be corroborated in writing by the Income Tax Department, and the Supreme Court. Also if they say their cheques will be honoured after 5th September, this too should be given to us investors in writing. As of now, all the banks where these cheques have been presented, claim that they are dishonored because of INSUFFICIENT FUNDS in the Account of City Limouzine.

THE person claiming to be a satisfied investor named VIDYA in this website, seems more like a mole planted by City Limouzine Company, just like some people seen sitting and lining up at the offices of City Limouzine, who claim to be new investors and depositors in the schemes promoted by CITY LIMOUZINE.
Are they for REAL ??
Could anyone actually be that stupid and DUMB to entrust their life savings with a company at a time when it is under so much negative publicity, for being unable to honor their obligations to existing investors??

Today its CITY LIMOUZINE, tomorrow it might be FINE INDIA, then who's the next Dream Merchant ??

I would be pleased if this message is posted on your website, and also circulated in the newspapers.

Why are u people create unnecssary Panic to the investor. As they told pls wait until Sep 5. Last year some filed case against City limouzouines and here the judgement given ny the Judges.

On March 3 last year, a high court division bench of Bilal Nazki and S A Bobde quashed the FIR and observed that "the City Limouzines company had no intention to defraud at the time of inception of the agreement. It is a well-accepted principle that while interpreting a clause of the agreement, the whole of the agreement has to be taken into consideration''.

The bench further observed that applying the principles laid down by various judgments of the apex courts, "we do not think that in the facts and circumstances of the case, an offence of cheating is made out''
