I have invested for four units in citi limouzine(car finance) and 2 units in citi realcom. My hard earned money received as retirement benefit after my 60th year of age is in dolldrums. Kindly update the recent news in the cases filed at Honourable Bombay Highcourt.

I do not know what to do next and to whom i should approch to recover the money.

I had invested Rs 2,73,000/- in City realcomm and in City Limouzine India Ltd on Jan 2009 and cheques fo the company is bouncing from july onward.
When complaint about this is City Limouzine mumbai head office, answer given was audit is going on in the company so again deposit the check on 10th of September....
Wanted to know whether this company is fraud and if it is fraud why it is a sponsor-er of Indian women hockey team and why it is ISO 9001-2000 company
Please do the nessacery step to prevent my hard earning money.
Any further details like, cheque no., agreement copy etc. if required by you, I will provide to you.

I also invested in City Hospitalities a div of City Limo., I didnt got any intimation of not depositing the cheque, while it bounced due to stop payment on it. What do I do??? Am Confused.

In the meantime, we wonder why there are people like Mr. Suresh, Mr. Vidya, who post their messages on this site, claiming to be investors in the schemes of City Limouzine, while expressing their displeasure at others who post complaints about City Limouzine.

It is difficult to understand why these persons are so vigorously defending City Limouzine.
Are they getting something extra from the Company ? More than others ?

Or maybe, these people could be somehow related to the Company itself.

In any case, please..... we are all ofcourse very hopeful, as it is in our own self interest, that City Limouzine honors their commitments, as they promise, after 5th September 2009.
But let's be realistic here, under the circumstances, barring a miracle, this does not look very likely.

While hoping for the best, we should be prepared for the worst.
We should scrutinize and examine our contracts with the Company, to evaluate our legal position.

Other Companies with somewhat similar schemes:

Metro Cabs, Fine India, Shree Om Sainath Car Rental, etc....

as you think that i am not a investor of city limouzine so i just wanna tell you that your thinking is wrong or if you dont believe me now also so tell me how can i proove it before you. and if you want my file number or sth.else so just please tell me and i am a investor of city limouzines and how many times do i have to say it to you? tell me please.

Now the eow will bring them mumbai in a day or two.
Lets pray that we should get our money back.

i had invested 330000(rupees three lacs thity thousand)in city realcom in august 2008 and i was promised 21000(RUPEES TWENTY ONE THOUSAND )every month.iwas getting the money regularaly but w.e.f aug.2009 the company has stopped giving the cheques.around one lakh rupees of mine is pending with the company.now i know that mr.masood chair man of the compny has been arrested by the mumbai police.so i do not know that i will get my remaining money back or not.please help and guide me in this regard.

City limousine money is grab by sigh profile political parties. At the time of election national parties demanded to pay 200 CR for election fund. Company refused & result is here, SCAM ??? Here in this SCAM all poltician is involved. From CHAPRASI to PM every one is aware. But more than 3000 CR amount is enogh to shut everybody mouth.

Money is in the hands of Political hands + Police + Judiciary.
