We all know there seems to be a problem at CITY LIMOUZINE, they are unable to honor their payments on due date, since Aug 12, 2009.

In the meantime, we wonder why there are people like Mr. Suresh, Mr. Vidya, who post their messages on this site, claiming to be investors in the schemes of City Limouzine, while expressing their displeasure at others who post complaints about City Limouzine.

It is difficult to understand why these persons are so vigorously defending City Limouzine.
Are they getting something extra from the Company ? More than others ?
Or maybe, they are very loyal investors in the schemes, who do not mind when the Company fails to fulfill its obligations on time.

Or maybe, these people could be somehow related to the Company itself.

In any case, please..... we are all ofcourse very hopeful, as it is in our own self interest, that City Limouzine honors their commitments, as they promise, after 5th September 2009.
But let's be realistic here, under the circumstances, barring a miracle, this does not look very likely.

While hoping for the best, we should be prepared for the worst.
We should scrutinize and examine our contracts with the Company, to evaluate our legal position.

Other Companies with somewhat similar schemes:

Metro Cabs, Fine India, Shree Om Sainath Car Rental, etc....

Just now i heard from the City Limouzines, that they have cleared all the formalities (IT & Auditing Work) and all can invest cheque from sep 08 onwards. Therefore no need to afraid anymore.

This proved the City Limouzines is a really a good Company and not a scam.

Today i visited City Office at Nehru Place to confirm whether should i deposit the cheque on Monday 7th Sept or not. I came to know that the final judgement of the court will be at 4 pm today i.e. on Saturday 4th Sept. So please call on Monday. All the staff run away from the office. So the Director came from Mumbai to answer our queries. They are continuosly satisfying everyone’s answer from morning to evening. I also came to know that some senior people (one Mr. Ameen) at Delhi Branch did a scam, just becoz of that it all happening and they have also lodge FIR against them. They said and showed a copy of DD given to Govt. amounting to Rs. 2225 crore to show that they have so much money and they intended to give it to public so clear the judgement at earliest so that we can give relief to our investors. They also said that minimum v can give you the principal amount. And if you give us some time then the City will go as earlier. Even before 2 days they had issued cheques to their customers. So if they have intention to run away with our money they will not come from Mumbai and sit and answer our queries. Company is genuine, believe in it and trust god. Give the company some time in bad times. I will again visit on Monday at Nehru Place.

I just hope all of you know whats happening in bombay hight court tomorrow. There is no judgement going to be given. City has moved to get a stay order.

The applicants, i.e city Realcom Ltd and City Limouzine India Ltd are seeking urgent adinterim reliefs in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus :
“that pending the hearing and final disposal of the company petition, all proceedings, civil and criminal arising out of
the dues of the class A and class B creditors including but not limited to the proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act be stayed
against the applicant company and its Director/s.”.

This means they are looking for a stay on all potential suits from us investors that may happen as a result of cheque bouncing or even non payment.

This has nothing to do with FEMA. What we are being told by City employees is not true, that today's court decision will solve all problems. It will only tie our hands. I hope you folks are understanding what we are in for this morning in court.

Our prayer should be that judge does not give a stay but instead orders city to tell us everything clear cut and start making payments before any further petition is heard.

Now, to make matters more interesting just found out that there is a hearing on Sep 15th as well, where city has filed a petition in court against the state of maharashta, and this is as per the criminal code act of India. Those who want to see details- please go to the bombay high court website, click on case status, then case number wise, then go to side= criminal, stamp= register, type= criminal written petition, No = 2406, Year = 2009. See what you get there.

Lets see what happens today at the Bombay High Court. There are two different hearings!

Today is the 10th and we can put cheques from the 8th. What did i miss?

the city group has got a stay from the mumbai High court regarding this sec-138 so what is the other option they have put the case on us and won the case and they say that they have won the case ok. What case have they won?...... No one in the office knows what case is it.
