I invested about 30,000 [25,000 fixed & 6000 (1500 x 4)] in Golden Forests India Ltd (GFIL), Chandigarh in the year 2000. Company Regd. No. 16-17512 in the name of Golden Projects Ltd., SCO : 835, Golden Complex, Manimajra, (U.T) Chandigarh. An amount of Rs. 75000 on the FD of 25000 was promised on maturity in 2004. I submitted my documents to the Office of Committee (appointed by Suprement Court of India), Village Jharmari, Tahsil : DerabasDistt. Patiala. At the time of investment, I was in West Bengal. In the year 2005, I moved to Andhra Pradesh. I'm not not aware of the judgment of the Supreme Court in this GFIL case. Please guide me in claiming the returns from this company.
