a automobile company was running with the name of "shaan motors pvt. ltd" whose md was rajesh chohan from hariyana rewari. actually its not a company its a dealer of a BSA motors chennai, and its product is electronic scooter. and we are recruited as sales executives and after one month we are on post of area sales manager. at that time we are going to our personal area manmohan bhagora- Dungarpur, umang sukheja- Bikaner, raguveer singh - nagour, balveer singh - sikar. we invest some money for security amount of sub dealership Rs- 50000 and other money for e- scooter. company start a scheme that a Rs- 30000 scooter will provide you in 3000/- on booking stats. and concept is after 15 booking completed company give one scooter to a first person. after 450 booking MD changed head office jaipur to delhi in November 2010 and after one month he closed it. i have completed 52 booking and totel invest 100000 rs. now his all cell no. are closed and that 52 person demand for scooter what can i do sir? plz help us. his office add.
