Please tell me the procedure to fill the case against the city limouzine investment company, they are doing fraud with the inocent people of our country, how can i file a case, is it a civil case, crimnal case or the consumer court case,

Should i registered a FIR to drag them to the court, please let me know the process.

why u feel the need to take the co. in the court is any thing wrong in the co. are u a investor in the co.

That's true, don't create panic to the prople who invested in this scheme. Till now all the customer getting the payment regularly without any problem.

I have invested 2.72 L in June 2009 & My Cheques given by city limouzine have bounce in Aug 09. They are telling me wait till 5th September 2009 & Deposite the same cheques again. Suggest me what 2 do now? :@

Firstly they don't offer any scheme of the amount you mentioned. If wht ur sayin is true, then you can file a case of 420 under section 38a

They have clearly stated all the cheques can be deposited after Sep 5, so no need to create panic situation amoung the inevestor

A group of friends got together and invested 1.4 crores in City Realcom last August. They were given approx 1200 post dated cheques (100 per month) starting September 2008. They total of 100 cheques was approx 8 lakh rupees. I just met them yesterday and they told me that cheques worth 8 lakh were cleared every month, upto and including August 2009. They have heard from some people that the cheques issued after August 12th, drawn on ABN bank are boucing so they are now very concerned. Approx 70% of their principal has been recovered. They have 50 cheques from ABN dated Sep 1 and 50 cheques from DBS dated Sep 11th, 2009. They have not received cheques for the next 12 months after Sep. On speaking to City Realcom, they were told not to deposit the Sep 1 cheques till Sep 7th and the next set of cheques will arrive in the last week of September. The reason given was there raid by FEMA in relation to some illegal export of diamonds. How does this raid impact their bank accounts? In the event, that we are unable to deposit cheques on the 7th of Sep and the date is dragged on, what legal action can we take to recover our money? This is not a panic alarm, but just some proactive thinking in the event of the worst happening.

Dear Mr. Jayesh,

This case is not covered under Consumer Protection Act, so for such complaint you have to proceed under Civil Court. Better consult a lawyer, who is dealing with civil cases.

I am a house wife and have small family, i invested Rs 130000(one lakh thirty
thousand) in city limouzine india ltd company and the company claims Rs 8800(Eight
thousand eight hundred) , and now i am feeling insecure that whether my money is in
safe hands or not, i found the only gateway of your site to get justice, pls look
into the matter and give me the details of the company and also by this you can help
people to get them warned by this type of companies, .

I am an invester in this company since last 2.5years. so far I was getting regular income without any problem. But, my cheque in August 09 bounced!

I am far away from bangalore. So, I tried to reache them on phone but they are not reachable.
If there is any genune and temporary problem they could have informed their trusted investors in stead of letting them deposit their chques and then get dishonored.

So, there is a scope for the suspecion and cause of concern. whether they are planning to wrap up or already they have?

If so, all investors need to take action collectively instead of individually if there they expect justice in this case.

If you go for any complaints you wont' get anything if the police or CBI enters in it. They will sieze all the happenings and will handover to the court. Then you should wait atlest a 5-10 yrs to clear the case. If you see the questnet case, wht happened, till now one got their investment.

In chennai office they have clearly stated all the issue will be cleared by end of this month and can deposit cheque after Sep 5. Therefore no one need to be panic and create unncessary rumours.

According to my knowledge, my friends are getting the regular income for 7 years, and this the first time the Cheque has been bounced and the customer care informing to all the customers not to deposit any cheques until Sep 5. Why can't you people wait for another couple of weeks?

This will create unncessary panic around the investors and don't worry we will get good result and everyone van earn good income from this bizz

Hi All, Even I am an investor in City LImouzines since 2.5 years, and not a single cheque has been bounced, i have invested about 4.5 lakhs.. and get returns upto 33k every month.. But my cheque was bounced on august 18th.. but another friend of mine has deposited on august 12th it has been cleared. I do not know whats the reason.. I called them up directly and spoke to them.. the reason they are saying is that there is an audit going on from the central government.. which I didnt understand and didnt get convinced.. so if anybody else have better idea.. pls let me know!

Don't worry about this and all the things will get normal by end if this month and everyone can deposit their cheque after Sep 5.
