1. In 10th 2009 Feb , I took 2 ULIP 45K + 25K, In the 45K ulip they have completely charged the money as Premimum Allocation Charged, so nothing was invested in the market all gone to the pocket of AEGON RELIGARE

2. I came to know abt this once I got the policy ( Aegon religares says they dispatched the policy on 12 Feb 2009 and I recieved on 17-Feb-2009) but the fact is I recieved the policy after a month I guess as I was out of station for my marriage... did not remember the exact date.

3. When I came to know about the Premium Allocation charges. I raised concern with the authority. They send me some agent to negotiate about it. And the agent said me that as 15 day is already passed by I can't return the policy according to IRDA.

4. But recently (Jan-2011) I came to know from one of my friend that it was possible to return that policy at that time(2009), and it is very common that this agent lie all the time..... so they must have lied.

5. Now Do I have any chance to drag in court... because they are looting all the people and I just can't sit arround and see the game.
