Dear Sir,


I am resident of Dilshad Colony, New Delhi & I booked IGL png connection for my home in the month of November 2011.
Its been 4 months, I have booked connection, but IGL has failed to provide me with connection.


My registered PNG business partner number is 4000179499.


I have made complaints regarding the pending connection for my home, but nothing is happening.
Complaint No. PRJ2012187897 raised by me, was closed on 25th Feb 2012 without any resolution
Complaint No. PRJ2012199451 raised by me, was closed on 3rd March 2012 without any resolution.


I keep on calling regularly IGL on their helpline number, but no help has been provided to sort out this long pending connection.
Its quite disappointing that IGL has failed me to provide connection despite of taking INR 6000.00 money from me against IGL conection a long back...



I request honorary gentlemen from GAIL & ministry of oil & natural gas to please look into the matter...

Hello sir ! myself Urmila Devi a new customer of your service . my bp no. is 4000156675/76/77. Till date i have recieved 2 billing cycles .The 1st bills were sent on random basis without reading and the 2nd bills came with reading .now my problem is that instead of making month wise consumption slab ihave been charged the total consuption for 1 month only.for e.g
from october to april my current reading is say 225 units .Now according to your slab system these units should be break and calculated for 7 months .but they have calculated for 1 month only.
my request is to whoever is the concerned person is to look in the matter by ealiest.as i got no response from other wise whatever your responsible persons are .thanking you
