    Default Maruti customer Care satisfaction

    Maruti Suzuki emerged with the highest rank for customer satisfaction in the new vehicle sales process in the J.D. Power sales satisfaction index for 2005 released Wednesday.

    This is the second consecutive year that the Indo-Japanese company has topped the J.D. Power charts in this classification, a company release said.

    Mahindra recorded the greatest improvement in the study, with an increase of 45 index points over 2004, and took sixth place in the overall rankings. Opel, a General Motors nameplate, improved 40 index points in performance to rank second overall.

    The study showed that the industry had improved its overall performance by six index points, with eight of the 11 manufacturers ranked in 2005 showing improvements over 2004.

    The study, in its sixth year in India, examines satisfaction of new vehicle buyers with the sales and delivery experience at two to six months of ownership.

    More than 4,150 owners of 36 different vehicle models participated in the 2005 study, which was fielded from March 2005 to May 2005.

    Overall sales satisfaction was assessed on 48 different attributes, grouped into six pre-defined factors: delivery process, delivery timing, salesperson, dealer facility, paperwork and deal.

    Further, the study revealed a significant improvement in implementation rates of various dealer activities performed during the entire sales and delivery process, such as offering test-drives and explaining the vehicle's features.

    Angry A/C gas related

    I have to complaint about car A/C gas.I sent my car to service in Akansha moradabad.cheated me because they did not fill the gas and taken the money.

    Thumbs down Bad service provided by Muti Suzuki Authorised Service Centre

    I have purchased a car Maruti Wagon R(Top Model) from peaks auto ltd in June2010.The car met with an accident in Feb 2011.I left the car at Peaks Auto Ltd (Authorised Maruti Service Centre).They have requested a time of 1 Month for repair of the vehicle but they delivered the car after 2 months. On receiving the car I found many problems in functions and many parts missing in car. After the repeated complaints they are not completing the job on my car .after every complaint, I have to left my car for some time at the service centre only to found that another problem has arise out of repear. This exercise not only resulted in frustration but also my business is suffering. Kindly help me out of it.

    Default delay with poor service

    i have maruti car model zen estilo purchased on nov 2010, i met an accident in feb 2011 ,put in servise center for repair , it take take 7 month to repair my car till now some car part is missing.service centre promise to provide me but till now not done . take care the case and take necessary step in this regards

    i wish to bring your kind attention that i hav bought NEW WAGON R from one of your dealer from lucknow Dealer Name BRIGHT 4 WHEEL , chesis no. MA3EWDE1S00195266 , ENGINE NO. K10BN1335331 VEHICLE REGISTARTION NO. UP32DM9131 PURCHASE DATE 31-12-2010, MY car is not delivering proper mileage even on HIGHWAY , i hav lodgged so many complaint at dealer end they got one test drive , during test drive they shown the milege / average of the car after test we drive again but nothing has changed this is from beggining of the car purchase , i would like to request you and bring yours kind attention that plesae treat my case on urgent basis for solution ,
    BEING A CUSTOMER , i am highly dissattisfied and highly disappointed by the MARUTI service as well as dealer services , this is a kind of harresement for me.

    Default Starting trrouble in Maruti estilo new carMH 02 CD

    Dear sir,
    i would like to inform you that recently two month back i purchased new maruti zen estilo
    from reputed dealer M/s vitessee mumbai. Today there was a problem while starting the car when i contacted
    to your 24 hours road on service centre.The one thechnicial has attended and informed me that the Rely part of the
    vehical is get fuesd so which is to be changed . The person has changed that part and charge me 200/ .
    My query is whether this type of defect is not covered under warranty period.

    Please give me feed back immediately

    Dear Sir,

    Booked a Ertiga Zdi Colur blue dated on 14-May-2012 from TriCity Auto Zirakpur. But untill now we have not received our vehicle. Please confirm delivery status on dated 12-04-2012 as soon as possible. Please take action regarding this matter. We will be really thankful to you.
