Dear Sir,
I purchased Honda Jazz car (Model Select) from M/S BAS Engineering Pvt Ltd.( Ring Road Honda ) Gurgaon vide invoice no. 4485 dt. 24.01.2011. It has incurred some observations which I would like to mention:
1. Improper model of the car- I felt being cheated by not providing me the specified Model (Select) but some other model and old manufacturing (March 2010) in place of October 2010 though I was given quotation for the Jazz select Oct 2010 model and priced accordingly in the invoice.
2. Another major problem which remain unresolved is:
There is AC cooling problem in the car during day time right from the beginning which has been reported many times to the local dealer M/S Aspen Honda. Vadaodara. The complaint was given on dates: 12.03.2011, 14.04.2011, 07.05.2011,14.05.2011, 28.05.2011, 14.07.2011 and 23.07.2011 but without positive result.

On 14.05.2011, a mechanic, representative from the local dealer M/S Aspen Honda, Vadadoda had trial in my presence and took about an hour in running condition of the Honda Jazz, where he found and agreed for ineffective cooling. Next on 23.07.2011, ineffective cooling problem was informed to M/S Aspen Honda, but neither the problem is resolved nor it was mentioned in the service report.
I am highly disappointed and fed up.

In view of above, you can understand as the matter is not yet settled which is unlikely of such a reputed company dealer.
I wish to get the Replacement of the vehicle as I do not intend to use the problematic and inproper Model product.
