    Default Dispute against mediclaim policy from bajaj allianz

    Dear Sir,
    I Sayed Sabir Hussain s/o Mustafa hussain had applied a mediclaim policy from Bazaz Allianz company through credit card .Policy number is OG- 09-1104-6003-0002-3059 .but within 15 days i want to withdrawn my policy due to some reason and i called up to customer care where they provide me a reference number , the reference number is 31855938. they told me that you will get a call from our side and your policy would be withdrwan within 2 or 3 working days and your amout will be refundable . I got a call from customer care and i denied to take a policy . After one month i found that the premium is deducted from my credit card and amount is not credit in my account . I called up again and they told me that your request is on process . It will be taken 2 or 3 days and your policy will be withdrawn .I called them so many times every time they told me that your policy will be withdrawn within 2 days . It is not happening .I had applied a policy on december and today is 25 march 2009 . I want to withdrawn my policy . So i therefore request to you please do the needful .     I had given a ch. for opening up ma mediclaim pol.from Bajaj Allianz in December 2009.Name of agent is Debasis Basu & Prasenjit Das is the Sr. Sales Managerof 21,Camac Street Kolkata.

    Dear Sir,
    Please refer to your letter No. 37547202 dt. 5-7-2010 and our teleconversation 16-7-10.
    It is strange that your above mentioned letter has turned down my claim assigning the reasons that the dental cure of teeth no. 24 to 27 was required earlier. Though none of these was mentioned in the cover note of the policy issued to me at such a high rate. Further, if I had started having dental pain, which can not be predicted by anyone in the world - doctor or otherwise, do you expect people to come back to their country and get treated and go back to attend the work they have arrived for? What is the aid of insurance, to get money and refuse later on. The plea of small policy condition are incorrect. The claimant was not suffering any dental problem earlier. It can not be equatted with other physical problems.
    To top it the problem to my teeth no. 22 occured there only. Neither the pain occurred here nor any trouble or treatment history is there. The refusal to pay 5000/- crowns, swedish money, of the first part of the bill appears illogical. Your health administration has refused to pay any attention to the medical report.
    However, I had taken medical policy (travel policy) of Bajaj Alliainz earlier also but never claimed anything. The problem occured this time. I believed firmly in your concern and borrowed money there to get treated. This is incorrect to make a woman of 65 years age to monetarily suffer on this account. You are requested to take compassion in my account and pass my claim in the whole. And reconsider the bill of the amount 5000/- and 20000/- crowns in total 25000/- crowns. I have borrowed this money from the locals and have to payback with interest. I did not take this kind of money cash. It will put my life in jeopary. My husband is also a retired person. To arrange this kind of amount appears impossible for me. Please take an early action, since my lenders already houding me.

    Hi Sir,

    I have spent around Rs. 14,000/- on hospitalization expenses to my Mother in December lastweek (Decemeber 26th to 28th) and i made a claim for reimbursement in first week of January to an amount of Rs.13,452/-. but it was [B]fully disallowed with out any reason or intimation to me.

    The details of the policy are : (this is not a new policy it has taken in September 2008 till today)

    Default Mismatch of name in card and certificate

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I made mediclaim insuarnace with Bajaj Aliianz in my name JAYDEV SAMAL.The name is clearl written in application form which was provided by Dhanalaxmi Bank Junior Officer-Ms Archana Priyadarshini. But when I have Recd my
    Insurnace policy certificate and card the name is written as HAYDEV SAMAL Instead of JAYDEV SAMAL.
    I have made so many mails and calles so many times to Bajaj Persons as well as Dhanalaxmi bank persons.But till now my rectified card is not recd. Only they are saying there will be no problem as per the below mentioned trailling mail.
    I can not understand why there is a mistake in name by a reputed mediclaim organosation ?



    Only at time of making insurance the Bajaj Persons are saying everything,but post mortem report is NILL.

    Such type of harassment can not be expected from Bajaj Allianz.

    Please solve this problem as quick as possible,Otherwise:

    My next step will be:-----

    I will request to all persons who are interested to make mediclaim insurance,please make mediclaim
    from other than Bjaja Allianz.

    I also personally will request to all of my friends not to make insuarnce from Bajaj.Because they are not able to solve my problem.

    Angry Complaint against cheating

    I am really astronished to see the mail from Bajaj Allianz Lucknow that deficencies on medical report has intimated to coustomer after 25 days regular follow up by the coustomer even after payment against such MEDI CLAIM

    However, I have no trust & faith on BAJAJ ALLIANCE INSURANCE COMPANY further more.


    You are adviced to credit Rs.5000 in my AXIX BANK A/C ,Kashipur Uttarakhand from which deduction had taken place within 24hours otherwise I have no alternative to file the case at CONSUMER PROTECTION FORUM.

    The Bajaj Alliace Insurance tried to acheive sales target by violating the rules of the company where MEDI CLAIM are beyond expection IN FUTURE from such cheaters.

    I am going to air whole matter to INTERNET & TV Channel mentioning all the Executives/ Unit Heads by whom communication had made.
