I had invested Rs.1,82,500 in MAX SOHONA Project in the year 1997. I have all the money receipts given to me by them and have the cheque details from various banks and land was supposed to have been registered awaiting receipt of final "SALE DEED".
The company is not responding. These companies should be brought to task by SEBI. Others were also cheated in this scheme. What is the way out?

maxworth case also pending in high court chennai,but the govt liquidator is corrupt and trying too many dirty tricks to return the lands to the promoter.
hence the case disposal is indefinitely delayed.
