I am satisfied customer of Multilink world. I feel they must provide more services like Finance, Investments as it is growing at lighting speed

Multilink world is one of the worst franchiser, who don't care to give service for franchisee. The website they provide for the travel agents, distributors are not at all professional. Most of the time the web site doesn't respond. It is is a dummy website, no ticket booking can be done using their web portal. Customer care support is very un professional, don't know english at all. I spent 10000 to become an agent and it is a waste of money. They promised to send the pamphlet, banner and certificates. Its more than a year nothing is sent so far. I sent several e-mails to nikil@multilinkworld.com, but no response. They have no obligation to reply to their clients. Please, please stay away from this company. They just wanted your franchise fees. looks like the customer care is didn't pass 7th grade too.
