Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Alok Kumar sending 2 complain regarding 2 problems I am faceing.

Problem 1.

On 28th of november I have got call from ROYAL SUNDARAM INSUARANCE company that on
behalf of your HDFC BANK credit card we are providing you a health policy for which
you have to pay Rs. 2999.00 only. I listened all terms and conditions after then I
have okayed for that policy. He recorded my voice and ask my credit card details and
he said your policy document will reach to you undear 15 days.

After 1/2 an hour I got call from same company and they told It is verification call
regarding your health policy. I again okayed for it.

In evening on the same date i.e 28/11/2008 they took Rs 2999.00 and Rs 2679.00
whereever I have told them only for Rs 2999.00. I came to know it after 3-4 days
when I checked my Credit card balance on net. After then I got call from same
executive on 4th December 2008 and I told my problem to him then he told company has
deducted amount for two seperate policy. and if u not want to take another policy
you can cancell your 2nd policy when you will get your policy document in 10-15
days.

In evening of 6th December I got call from ROYAL SUNDARAM that by mistake Rs 3999.00
policy charge for other customer has been deducted from your credit card. And the
same amount will be credited in your credit card A/C within 2-3 days.

After 2 days amount was not credited in my A/C, then I talked to customer care
representative of ROYAL SUNDARAM and he told I have no got current data and don't
wory if it has happened your amount will be credited in your A/C. After then nither
amount has been credited in my A/C nor I have got any policy regarding documents
till date.

After then near 13 th December I talked to my bank regarding this problem. They told
me to send written application in this regard and drop it in drop box in any HDFC
BANK Branch on the particular address.

I wrote an application and drop it in drop box on 19th of December 2008 at HDFC
BANK Swasthya Vihar Branch.
In last week of December I came to know from bank that no any application has been
reached to them. After then Bank send me a particular form regarding complain and
told to send it with your detailed application. I again fill it and wrote an detail
application in this regard and do fax of the same to the bank and also put in drop
box of HDFC BANK LAXMI NAGAR BRANCH.

Till today I have not got any help from bank nor I have got any call from Royal
Sundaram company.

So please advice me what should I do in this regard as soon as possible.



Problem 2.


I have joined SMC GLOBAL SECURITIES LTD. on 1st of Oct. 2008 as UNIT MANAGER in
daryaganj branch. I was working very well and they was offering me a monthly package
of Rs 14,400.00.

From December 2008 they started hrassing me, and in evening of 19 December
"saturday" they told me you have to give 6 trading A/C till 21st December till
10am otherwise we will fire you. They wanted to me to write down on the paper that
if I fail to do the same I will leave the company without taking the money but I
didn't do it. They send me the same thing on my official mail.

I dicided to leave that company at that moment but they were not taking my
resignation letter, they wanted to write down leaving this company without salary of
month of december. I stopped going the office from 20th December 2008.

I want take salary of that period i.e from1-19 of December. Please help me in this
regard.
