I and my wife subscribed to 40 Nos. of 12% Redeembale Preference shares ( bearing No.00080921A- 00080924A) of Rs.100 each in M/s Adventure Country Resorts Ltd. in Feb.,2001 and the same were due to be redeemed in Feb,2004. When the certificates were sent to their office for redemption, it was found that teh office is under lock &key. It seems that teh company has cheated us.

Kindly arrange to redeem these shares along with the interest accrued upto date

When the certificates were sent to their office for redemption, it was found that the office is under lock &key. It seems that teh company has cheated us.

We purchased this compnay 200 preprence share of Rs. 20,000/- ( Rs. 100/- each). This compnay office that year ( 1999) at worli, Mumbai, but this copnay's office after one year is not there. I search is last 12 year address & Director of this company's. So, please any person knwon this copmany address or open the another name of company any there name inform to me. On share certificate mention register Folio No.8009819 confirm the same.
Government Take action & Punished this type company's.

i m the preference share holder of the above mntiond company worth rs 12000(120 shares each 100 Rs vide folio no. AO 12216 and certificate no.from 162733 to 162744). When the certificates were sent to their office for redemption & it was found the ofiice did not exist anymore.

Please advise the course of action & kindly arrange to redeem these shares along with the interest accrued till date.

When I went to their office for redemption, to my surprise I found that their office did not exist anymore.

Dear Mr Patra, We had a wedding. In ur resort in puri on 28 ( Ashish & Rashmi) and this was not first time we were arranging. A wedding but at end i was force to write this email to u by worst ever service provided by ur staff in my whole life before leaving ur resort just now i was so disappointed so that i was not even can wait to reach home mail u instead i prefer mailing u from my phone standing infront of ur reception. I am below mentioning u very few point from 3 stay at ur resort :-1. Forget top 2 exc of ur hotel rest does'nt know how talk to guest i think they are never ever gone to school of hospitality i think they are even not eligible for footpart tall , they does'nt understand word service industry , in ur in resort if feel thirsty for water or he will die in an hour then definitely he will die and if i given an option to choose one i will chose to die instead because crying for water from ur housekeeping will make me die 1/2 hour. They are such rude and stubborn that it will make u kill ur slef rather then talking to them it world slowest service along worst most. Un manner un culture disgusting service. If given a punishment by god that u have to do a holiday or function at ur resort i will ask him plz hang me o death instead of asking to go there but if instead on his order than i will ask him to do me a favor 1 plz allow me to take my working staff ( waiters ) and allow me take all accessory things from outside and plz don'nt allow me to talk to there staff and front office desk and allow me to have my own reception counter none of my guest will talk o there staff and no waiter for there resort will be allowed to come and provide any service o my guest. There is so things to say but it will take atleast 2-3 day of life to write that'y i am finishing in short.
