I and my wife subscribed to 40 Nos. of 12% Redeembale Preference shares ( bearing No.00080921A- 00080924A) of Rs.100 each in M/s Adventure Country Resorts Ltd. in Feb.,2001 and the same were due to be redeemed in Feb,2004. When the certificates were sent to their office for redemption, it was found that teh office is under lock &key. It seems that teh company has cheated us.

Kindly arrange to redeem these shares along with the interest accrued upto date

I search is last 12 year address & Director of this company's. So, please any person knwon this copmany address or open the another name of company any there name inform to me. On share certificate mention register Folio No.8009819 confirm the same.
Government Take action & Punished this type company's.

When the certificates were sent to their office for redemption & it was found the ofiice did not exist anymore.

When I went to their office for redemption, to my surprise I found that their office did not exist anymore.
