metro cruise limited is a fraud company ,they have cheated thousands of innocent people , here in andheri mumbai branch,all directors are not picking up phone also ,branch head director rahul mudgal(09619553313) and his assistant shruti mudgal (09619553317) are cheater, fraud
MY all cheque are bouncing(effects not cleared)

Please any try to involvel any Media/Channel they can help us to resolve this matter because they can also build pressure on the Director or they cany trap them.

Until last month everything was smooth for mcl and payment was regular.Probably there was a huge collection on the new year eve due to attractive discounts, and the directors were tempted to keep all of it.Also one can see a mail from Manmohan Singh(director) who affirms that they will return and pay back.He has given two mobile numbers to claim the refunds.But Nobody is answering the calls.I have tried it several times.I am planning to seek legal help and ensure proper punishment to these people.

I am an invester from Mumbai who invested hard earnings in Metro Cruise Ltd which turned out to be a nightmare with this fraud company shutting all of a sudden from 8th January. The Directors Mr. Manmohansingh who does not pick up calls, so also Mrs Shruti Mudgal and Mr. Rahul Mudga who are in the same lot all seems to be preplanned duping all innocent people of their hard earnings all specially middle class sector. Strict action shd be taken against all Directors of Metro Cruise Ltd. They have given helpline nos at delhi which no one picks up. I have had sleepless nights due to this huge loss . i invested in two scheme of mero cruise ltd in delhi som dutt chambers b c place..on bouncing of cheques we visited delhi office there we saw lock. no information is provided at their office. all staff have flawn away from this office cheating thousand of peopled giving
shock to them. it looks that it is pre planned. and directors and mr. choudary not replying to
public phones. these peoples should be caught and tortured in place so nobody can
think for cheating people like us.

If they are not assured about themselves why are they doing such business where cheating and fraud is done. no one at present is responsing to any of calls. the offices nad branches are also closed. where the hell people will go and have there money back.the investors have gone into some severe trauma also.
atleast give them assurance to return there money back or else i as a media person will certainly took action to fight for such behaviour

TILL THE DATE OF REPAYAMENT.NOW, WHEN WE ARE CALLED FROM PAYMENT THEY ARE GIVING TWO CHEQUES OF RS15000 OF SAME
DATE & RS.14997 PDC ONE MONTH.INTEREST IS ONLY 4% ON BALANCE PRINCIPAL(i,e.RS28844).PURE GROUP OF CHEATER.

MCL is not doing fraud only with customers but this company cheated with their staff also.Mr. Manmohan Singh, Parul singh, Akanksha Sharma, Rahul Mudgal, Shruti Mudgal these all staff are fraud and all are relatives. these people cheated with their staff also because when these people closed the shutter on 7 of jan 2010 they didnt inform the staff that they are going to shut this company. till 6th of jan they told us to take investment and we are not aware of this. Suddenly on 7 jan when we was ready to go to the office we received call from delhi office that dont go to the office.reason we cant tell you but we will inform you when we are going to open the office.after that we keep calling and calling to our directors but no one is peaking our call.And Manmohan singh is not giving our salary and our incentive to us from the month of nov.we always beg for salary and now he is reacting with us that who we are? He didnt know us. Because of this person we cant find a job and we lost our career because of this person and our life is going in tension.These all people are cheaters.I hope that these people will gwt punish for their cheating with lots of customer and staff. We are very Thankfull to my customers because they didnt blame me for this they are in contact with us.and they are supporting us.

I have contacted the Metro Cruise Limited settlement desk and they said they will settle the accounts within 15 days. I have couriered my investment documents to them. They will get back to me once the settlement checque is ready. This is what they have informed me. Just wait and watch. I am waiting for their call this week. If they fail to do so, and if in case I find it that they are cheating me, their life is in ******. I know money will not be recovered by filing case and following the court proceedings. It does not mean that I dont trust our judiciary. But by the time JUSTICE is done, either I would be quite old or may not be in the world to see the justice. This is my heard earned money which took two years and I dont want to wait for more 20 years to get it settled through the court. I will not spare ***** of these guys if I dont get my money back. They will realise it if they try to dupe me. I may be sounding harsh and terrible to you guys, but that is how it has to be. All the investors around the country, would like to tell you one thing. There are ways to recover the money if legal system does not help. (Which is the general and true belief of the people of Indian Legal judiciary. MCL big bosses must be relaxed now, but let me tell you If I can trust you and invest money, then you can trust me that I can **** you guys.

I harish chandra verma had invested Rs 105000=00 in the co dated through there branch office at pune and received 12 post dated cheques from which 4 cheques are cleared and the fiffth one was bounched in the month of January 2010 i tried to contact the zonal office at Bikajee cama palace but all the phones were out of service i could know from the web side that they have formed the settlement cell to settle the claims by Mr.Manmohan Singh on of the directors of the company i contacted Mr. Nitin who claimed to be the financial advisor assured me to get the payments back he advise me to come to delhi and submit the deed of agreement in original and balance piost dated cheques for settlement. On his advise i went to delhi and submitted the required documents at their office at shakarpur on dated .

Thank you, Mr. Vinay Gupta for updating us on this case, I guess most of us have given hope, and thats why there does not seem to be much activity on this forum. I have lost nearly 4+ lakhs in this company, and I really hope the Management and the culprits get what they deserve, and I hope they all get double the pain that they have caused to thousands of investors like us.
